ICContent® CMS automatically recognizes, whether a user has the required authorization to edit a specific web page within conditions defined by individual role profiles. In this case the quality-assured content can be published directly to the portal, the Internet or intranet. The personalization provides the editor with easy access to the required functions that were enabled depending on the respective role. The client processing capability of ICContent® CMS and an advanced rights management system down to user- and object-level, organizes and delegates administrative functions and responsibilities for content and for the overall system. Object-based repository
Maximum flexibility is achieved by the fact that all content is treated as individual content objects, i.e. separate from the application and design elements of the web page. For this reason the content can be used as and where necessary (e.g. personalization) or it may simply be re-used in future applications.
